M.Tech/M.S/B.Tech/B.E in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
2 to 5 years of experience in designing and development.
HTML, CGI, and User interface design skills.
Good Experience of C++ and Java programming.
System software development (processes, threads, interprocess communication mechanisms, etc)
Scripting experience, preferably Perl, for both Linux and Windows targets.
Good Knowledge of network protocols: TCP, UDP, IP
Ability to work largely independently with minimal supervision: design through verification
Understanding of how web servers work.
Good communication skills, verbal and written.
Desired Profile:
Debuggers (VC++, gdb/ddd)
Memory analyzers (eg. Purify), Profilers
Understanding of GEHC software development processes for medical devices
Clearcase, DDTS.
A background in real-time embedded medical systems
Exposure to Six-sigma methodologies & concepts
